In order to deepen international understanding, various workshops by lecturers will be held periodically. Through these workshops, we will look at conditions or situations around the world which we do not generally hear about in our daily lives.
Seminar for Foreign Residents
The number of foreign residents living in Tokyo is higher than any other Japanese city and this number is increasing year by year. There are a number of living and consultation support groups run by professionals for administrative purposes, however many foreign residents do not know of these support groups and it is true that these groups do not do enough for them.

Interpreter training
GCI provides short and long term language assistance in daily lives to times of disaster. Our key staff is interpreters in case of emergency authorized by GCI, who are trained through some workshops. Additionally, we make efforts to develop other interpreters by distributing "Instructions for emergency interpreters" made by GIC. The staff who met our requirements is enrolled as an emergency interpreter.
